Choose the Oklahoma City area relocation expert

When relocating, you often don't have the time to look at every home on the market. At best, you might have the time to be shown 20 to 25, so narrow down the list first thing with these tips:

• Before coming into town, put your needs into one list. Then list your wants in another. When a property doesn't even meet your needs, there's no need to even spend time looking at it.
• Have a predetermined price range. This could be based on mortgage or a conservative estimate of what you'll net from the sale of your current home.
• What length of a commute are you comfortable making each day to your job and other activities? Traffic in the Oklahoma City area could be different than your current location, so tell me your desired drive-time, and I'll seek out homes within that radius.

I can send you some best recommendations before you get into town. Or you might already have some strong possibilities as a result of your own research. While virtual tours and photos are great, there's nothing like visiting homes in person. I can schedule any necessary appointments and map a route.
